Subscription Policy
How subscriptions work
When you subscribe to Current, you get repeat deliveries at the frequency you choose at checkout, billed at the subscription price shown when you sign up. The subscription discount stays applied for as long as your subscription is active — it's our way of saying thanks for making Tune part of your routine.
Billing
Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically before each shipment at your selected frequency. You'll get an email before each renewal, and every charge is followed by an order confirmation with tracking once your shipment is on its way.
Skip, pause, or cancel — anytime
You're never locked in. You can skip a shipment, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page, or just email hello@tunehealth.co and we'll handle it. Cancellation takes effect immediately for anything not yet billed. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, make the change before the next billing date shown in your account.
Price changes
If your subscription price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, so you can decide before anything is billed.

Welcome to Tune. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tunehealth.co (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Tune Hydration LLC, doing business as Tune Health ("Tune," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Our Products Are Not Medical Advice
Tune products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Nothing on the Site, in our emails, or in our content is medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use our products if you are pregnant or nursing unless directed by your physician. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you select at checkout, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- Billing. Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment at your selected frequency. The subscription discount applies for as long as your subscription is active.
- Canceling. You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime from your account page, or by emailing hello@tunehealth.co. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any orders not yet billed. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancel before the next billing date shown in your account.
- Changes. If we change your subscription price, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
- Guarantee. The Tune Guarantee in our Return and Refund Policy applies to your first subscription shipment.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@tunehealth.co and we'll make it right per our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and everything on it, including the Tune name, logos, product names, formulas, packaging, photos, videos, and copy, are owned by Tune or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except as needed to browse the Site and place orders.
9. Content You Share With Us
If you submit, post, or tag content involving Tune or our products, including reviews, photos, videos, social posts, and feedback ("Your Content"), you grant Tune a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute Your Content in connection with our business, including marketing, in any media. You confirm you own Your Content or have the rights to grant this license, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tune and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Site, our products, or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for products in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tune harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
- Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@tunehealth.co and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
- Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products that isn't resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate.
- Class action waiver. You and Tune each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only.
- Small claims carve-out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
- Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@tunehealth.co within 30 days of your first purchase with your name, order number, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out won't affect any other part of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 15. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Tune consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated per Section 5. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
18. Severability and Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, except that if the class action waiver in Section 15 is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration section is void. These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Tune regarding the Site and our products. We do this in order to show you ads on other websites that are more relevant to your interests and for other reasons outlined in our privacy policy.
Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered "sales", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please follow the instructions below.

Where we ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We're working on bringing Tune to more places soon.
Rates
Orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95 anywhere in the contiguous US ($9.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories).
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays head out the next business day. During launches and promotions, processing can take an extra day or two — we'll always keep you posted.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can take a little longer. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically at the frequency you chose, with the same rates above. You can skip, pause, or reschedule anytime from your account page before your next billing date.
Wrong address or need to make a change?
Email us at hello@tunehealth.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch your order before it leaves. If an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can't guarantee recovery, but we'll always work with you to make it right.
Lost, damaged, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't arrive, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@tunehealth.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo, if it's damage). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer — see our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Returns and Refunds
The Tune Guarantee
We want Current in your daily routine because it works for you, not because you're stuck with it. If you're not happy, email us at hello@tunehealth.co within 30 days of delivery, tell us a little about what didn't work for you, and we'll refund the pouch you tried — in full, to your original payment method. No return shipment needed. Keep it, finish it, or pass it to a friend.
The guarantee covers one pouch per customer, on your first order at tunehealth.co. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Multi-packs and unopened product
If your first order included more than one pouch, the guarantee covers the one you opened. Any unopened pouches can be refunded too — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label; your refund goes out as soon as the pouches are on their way back. We built this guarantee for honest first tries, and we reserve the right to decline or limit refunds where we see it being abused.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Subscriptions
You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page, as long as it's before your next billing date. The Tune Guarantee applies to the first pouch of your first subscription shipment. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 3 to 5 business day processing window.
Sale items and gift cards
Discounted items are covered by the same guarantee. Gift cards are non-refundable.
